Your documents create the first impression of you at a company and should therefore be carefully and professionally prepared.

When referring to a complete application dossier, this includes the following documents:

• Cover letter
• CV
• Copies of your school and university certificates
• Copies of your employment references, further education certificates, etc. listed in your CV

Documents should always be uploaded or sent in PDF format. Never send Word documents, as the formatting may change completely when opened on another system. File names should always include your own name, for example not just “CV 2026”, but “CV_MMustermann_2026”.
