Video Interview Training
More and more companies use video interviews during the recruitment process as an intermediate step between the written application and the face-to-face interview.
We now offer you the opportunity to practise such an interview free of charge. Gain insight into how a video interview works and practise typical interview questions. You can take part online from home.
During an optional follow-up feedback session at our Career & Alumni Services office, we will be happy to provide you with tips on how to excel in a real video interview and show you how recruiters can view and evaluate your videos.

- The waiting time for the feedback session may be 2–3 weeks.
- The link to the video interview training must not be shared.
- These services are only available to students and graduates of the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes at the ZHAW School of Management and Law for up to 6 months after completing their studies.
- Interested students complete the video interview using cloud-based software operated by Wepow. The terms of use of Wepow apply. The information provided by participants, including personal data such as surname, first name and email address as well as their video responses, will be reviewed and evaluated by a Career Services SML advisor in order to discuss the results with the respective video interview participant. The ZHAW privacy policy applies.
