The services offered by ZHAW SML Career Services are aimed at ZHAW School of Management and Law students as well as at alumni of ZHAW SML Bachelor's and Master's degree programs for up to six months after completion of their studies (diploma date). Students of continuing education programs (MAS, DAS, CAS, and courses) are excluded.
By registering, participants confirm to have taken note of these General Terms of Participation and to accept them.
Changes to the program and changes in personnel are reserved. The number of participants in a workshop or event is limited. Registrations are accepted in the order in which they are received. If a minimum number of registrations is not reached for an event, ZHAW SML Career Services reserves the right to cancel the event. In such an event, registered participants will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Any participation fee already paid will be refunded.
ZHAW SML Career Services invoices are payable within 30 days from the date of issue.
Participants wishing to withdraw must do so within two days (48 hours) before the agreed consultation date or before the start of the event by e-mail or via the website. Otherwise, they will be charged in full.
Registered participants who are absent from an event without prior notice may be blocked from registration for further events that have a limited number of participants (events, workshops, or consultations). This restriction can be lifted if the participant in question pays a fee of CHF 50.
ZHAW SML Career Services guarantees professional performance and strict confidentiality. Despite careful control, ZHAW SML Career Services accepts no liability for any consequences resulting from its information provision and consulting services. Similarly, ZHAW SML Career Services does not guarantee the topicality, correctness, completeness, and quality of the information provided, especially concerning the content of external links. The sole responsibility for the content of linked sites lies with the respective operators.
ZHAW SML Career Services is entitled to publish findings from the fulfillment of orders in an anonymous form and to use them for scientific, non-commercial purposes.
All legal disputes in connection with the services of ZHAW SML Career Services shall be governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Winterthur, Switzerland.
